ALUMON ED- COLOR BLACK is a Cu type electro-coloring process for aluminium anodizing, which is suitable for parts for outdoor use which require better heat resistance and light fastness which you can not get common organic dye coloring. For construction, electronics and home appliance use are recommended.

◉ Process Degreasing -> Rinsing -> Neutralization -> 1st Anodizing(13~15V×30~50min, H2SO4 electrolyte) ->Rinsing -> ALUMON ED COLOR BLACK Process -> Rinsing -> Sealing

How to use.

• Make up : ALUMON ED-COLOR BLACK 400cc/L
• Temp : room temp.
• AC Power : 14V~17V
• Time : 5~10 min
• Opposite Pole : Stainless 304 or Carbon.
